A much needed PLAY Brain Break for all my little yogis out there. I decided to end my hiatus and begin teaching from the couch. This isn’t the most professional video, but each of us is doing what we can with what we have right? Thought we could all use a little yoga in our lives right about now.

When he smiled, i realized i had passed it on to him. I thought about that smile and then i realized its worth. A single smile, just like mine, could travel around the earth. So if you feel a smile begin, don’t leave it undetected. Let’s start an epidemic quick and get the world infected.”
