Self-care isn’t always about face masks and bubble baths. Sometimes, it’s taking the harder but more meaningful step—like starting therapy.

Therapy can feel uncomfortable at first, but giving yourself space to process emotions, unpack trauma, and develop healthier coping skills is a powerful act of self-love.
