Fall yoga is here, and we are kicking off the season with this beautiful collaboration with Monica and silent headphones, with the most stunning view of Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens and the sunset from Schenley Park.
Imaging: Monica's creative flows, noise-canceling headphones, a beautiful sunset view, followed by a relaxing and grounding sound bath. Drop-in class; suggested $10-$20, but as always, pay what you can.

Everyday is a good day to turn inward and simply just breathe. The breath is the most transformational tool that we all have within us. We had a great morning of contrast therapy at and getting ready to find our breath and turn inward at ’s visit to the Burgh on Oct 11th.
