Premium Scottish Highland Meat For Sale!
Hello everyone! I will be butchering soon and will have meat within the next month. These cows have been grass-fed and grass-finished. I will have whole beef, half beef, and quarters for sale. If you reserve the meat, you can get it custom cut to your liking for no extra charge. Buying in bulk has a bulk price of $6.00/lb. This price includes all butcher fees, message me for more details!
I will also be selling individual cuts, but not at the bulk rates.
Here is some information on the breed is why this meat is better than store-bought, feedlot cattle.
The Highland breed as we know them today originated in Scotland and are known for their hardiness in cold environments. Their warm coats not only protects the animals from the chill of our winters but it also positively affects the taste and marbling of the meat. Without the need for extra fat to stay warm, they are naturally lean animals and produce meat with lower fat content and slightly less cholesterol than other, more common cattle breeds. Our meat is grass-fed and finished.
