Now that I’m in my fifties, I understand how REAL the rise of chronic disease is, and how living a healthier lifestyle is not an option, it is a MUST if we want to live a longer and FUNCTIONAL life.
I have learned so much from my own journey after many struggles to get unstuck, to lose the weight, to get in shape, to find more energy, to do all the things, AND actually enjoy my life. And...guess what?
I discovered that after all those years, I had been doing it all wrong! The answer was not another super amazing diet or miserably long hours at the gym. The answer was not depriving myself of the foods I love. The answer was not beating myself up over failing yet another try.
And finding the answer to a healthier me, fueled my passion to help others find their own unique path to healthier lifestyle, and why I love changing the lives of clients who never thought they could ever feel good about themselves, get in shape and live healthier and joyful lives.
