Established to address workforce demographic challenges, the organization collaborates with regional businesses, civic leaders, and organizations to build a more inclusive and attractive community for diverse talent. By creating tools like the Vibrant Index, an annual assessment of DEI progress among regional employers, Vibrant Pittsburgh provides actionable insights to improve DEI efforts. The organization also hosts events, training sessions, and community initiatives that support inclusive growth, helping to attract and retain talent from diverse backgrounds across the Pittsburgh area.
