It is truly rewarding to assist individuals in managing stress, anxiety, and pain. I possess a exquisite set of Alchemy singing bowls and various other sound instruments to provide sound baths. Are you constantly in stress, in discomfort, mind can’t stop and rest, struggle with sleep? Maybe you have tried over and over to make changes in relationships, with food, work or something else. Maybe you have experienced trauma. There is a reason you haven’t been successful in making the changes in your life you desire. You probably have stuck blocked energy in your energy centers and your body has taken over your thinking mind. This can happen through trauma and so early in life - your first 6-7 years you are in alpha & theta brain waves (subconscious) and positive or negatives thinking patterns are created early. As the creator of the ‘Heart Source Energy Coaching Program’ clients are helped to move out of old patterns of behavior and into the goals, life and dreams they have come to earth to experience . In addition to the coaching program which includes energy work, individual Reiki/Quantum touch energy sessions are also available.
