NEW CLASS STARTS TOMORROW...
Come join us for Active Aging Aerobics.

Class is designed to help older adults stay active and engaged through a combination of low-impact aerobic exercises, stretching, resistance training, and balance exercises. This class can help to improve cardiovascular endurance, strength, and flexibility. This is a medium intensity level class. Instructor: Raylene Cooley

Fall Session: September 6th through October 25th Fridays, 11:00 am – 11:45 am (8 weeks)
$5 per class. Participants must pay and sign up at the front desk each week. Limited spaces.
