Next in line is Jennifer Jenkins, JJ, Jen, Jenny, 867-5309. Jenny, Jenny - This is who we run to!

Jennifer graduated from Hudson High School and Adrian College with her bachelors degree. She has 15 years management and training experience and has been with us for a little over 3 years. She started in intake with us and moved to billing and is now our billing manager. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, kayaking, playing cards/games, listening to music and cross-stitching. Her favorite part about patient care is successfully getting patients the care and devices that they need to heal and being able to advocate for patients when they can’t.

Team member comments: Jennifer moonlights as our onboarding trainer, intake backup, and a plethora of other professional and personal support! She is one of the heartbeats of the company. Jen often takes time from her day to answer my questions! She manages most patient calls and dives into any and all of their questions to ensure the patient or customer understands their insurance plan, bill, and payment. From the bottom of my heart, I am grateful for JJ for taking on quick requests, leading a large team and managing so much with grace! She’s dedicated, motivated and full of support. ♥️

Joslyn is our next in line! With a tenure of 5 years, Joslyn, is our Director of Client Services and our interim Intake and Referrals Supervisor.

Joss grew up in the New England area and moved to Michigan almost 7 years ago. In her free time she loves powerlifting, playing with her golden retriever, going on adventures outdoors, and creating memories with my family and friends. She takes extreme pride in taking care of patients and treats them with the same care as her family. When asking to describe herself in three words - “I would say I am tenacious, passionate, and dedicated.”
She is all of those things and so much more!

Team member comments: To know her is to love her and she takes an amazing amount of pride and ownership in her work. There isn’t anything in the business she can’t complete and is a go to for clients, patients, doctors and the staff. She is adored by everyone and takes immense pride in diving in to help her team. She builds strong relationships through effective communication and easily adapts to all situations to get tasks completed. Joslyn is the shining star of 365! Joslyn has inspired me to continue to do better at my job and to push to find a better way. She’s never one to make someone feel down for not understanding and will always take the time to ensure I fully understand the task. I would not be as successful in my position without Joslyn helping me through the twists and turns!

3rd in our lineup is Abbygail Pidd. Abby is our Payments Dept Lead!

Abby grew up in Pittsford and graduated from Pittsford High School in 2019. She graduated from Jackson College with her certificate in Medical Billing and Coding a few years later.
In her free time, Abby enjoys canning, gardening, fishing, and spending time with family and friends.
Her favorite thing about patient care is the ability to provide relief and kindness where there is pain and disappointment.

Abby, is what we call a utility player! Regardless of the role she’s taken on or her experience going into it, she has acquired the necessary skills and excelled. She embodies all our core values, and our mission here at 365dme. We look forward to her continued growth and tenure.

Second in our lineup is Ryan Kast!

Hello, I'm Ryan and I am excited to be featured in my debut post for 365 DME.
My journey in the medical field started back around 2010 working for another medical equipment company which really opened my eyes to my desire to help people. I found that I wanted to be more in directly involved with patient care in more acute situations so I left that job to seek employment with a similar company that had a way more flexible schedule allowing me to consider other career paths. I was fortunate enough to be able to work full time while going to school to achieve a degree in respiratory care. After graduation in 2019, one could say I jumped from the frying pan to the fire with the looming covid pandemic. It was a sobering reminder how important this career path I chose was. Day after day more and more patients flooded our hospitals and we were in some cases their last line of defense. Some made it some did not. Experiencing this helps me remember that each patient I care for is human just like me just like everyone else. I am excited to be a part of a team who is ready and able to help you or a loved one get equipment they need to help improve quality of life in the home setting. My primary area of expertise will be assisting patients who have been previously or recently diagnosed with OSA, COPD or any other form of respiratory disease. I will help educate, troubleshoot and answer any questions you may have regarding your disease. I will be willing to work with your doctor to get the equipment you may need in your home to help make breathing a little easier. Thank you for reading and allowing me to introduce myself. I'll be looking forward to working together in the future.

Ryan is a wealth of knowledge and lifts up the office every time he comes in. He is so positive and willing and able to jump in and help anyone with a task, process or order. He has amazing patient care skills and he cares deeply about those he’s able to assist in recovery or in their activities of daily living.

To start our introduction to the 365dme team, please meet Erin Cole. She is our Director of Operations here at 365dme!

She has been part of the Healthcare field for almost 2 decades in many different facets.
Erin resides in Pittsford with her husband, Alan and has two grown daughters who she adores. In her free time she enjoys gardening, tending to her chickens, and spending time with her family.
Erin's favorite part of patient care is helping patients regain their confidence during the healing process.

Owners comments: Erin has been instrumental from the beginning of 365dme and is a huge piece of what makes our company stand out from any other! She will go to the ends of the Earth to find the device, product or unit the patient needs to recover. In that, she has continuously exceeded company and patient expectations! Erin is also the one who fought so hard to get 365dme in network with the carriers we have today!
Erin, we are so grateful for all you have done and continue to do! We thank you for your love, dedication and friendship!
