Childhood Fears

As children, many of us were afraid of the dark, monsters under the bed, or being left alone. While those fears may seem small now, they felt very real back then — and sometimes, pieces of those fears follow us into adulthood.

The truth is: fear is often just unprocessed energy.
When we gently acknowledge where it began, we can start to release it.

Healing Tip: If an old fear still lingers, ask yourself — what did my younger self need to feel safe in that moment? Then offer that comfort to yourself now. It might be reassurance, love, or simply knowing you’re not alone.

The Blood Harvest Moon – September’s Full Moon ✨🌕

This month’s Full Moon is known as the Harvest Moon because it rises closest to the autumn equinox. Farmers once relied on its light to gather crops late into the night, and today we honor it as a symbol of abundance, completion, and gratitude.

It’s also called the Blood Moon because of its deep, orange-red glow when it rises. This fiery color reminds us of transformation, passion, and releasing what no longer serves us.

Energy of the Blood Harvest Moon:

A time to harvest your intentions — reflect on what you’ve worked toward this year and give thanks for your growth.

A moment for release — let go of burdens, habits, or energy that hold you back.

A portal for renewal — set intentions for the new season and invite balance into your life.

How to Work with This Moon:
