This small-group class is designed to help you feel more at home in your body by learning to create stability in your foundation (root) and ease and freedom in your movement (reach).

Through a blend of yoga-inspired strength work, controlled mobility exercises, and gentle flexibility training, you’ll build functional strength, improve range of motion, and develop deeper body awareness (without any spiritual or esoteric elements).

Expect slow, guided movement, supportive instruction, and a welcoming space where you can move at your own pace.

This is not a workout.
This is a rest and reset.

You’ll be guided through gentle, supported positions to help your body relax and your nervous system settle.

It’s quiet, simple, and focused on helping you feel calm and cared for.

No experience needed
All levels of experience welcome

As with all of my yoga classes, this class is centered on the body and the poses themselves, without traditional yogic language, so all can feel comfortable and welcome.

This is truly next-level esthetics. While I offer services like chemical peels and nano-needling, medical esthetics is able to go deeper with stronger formulations and advanced treatments like microneedling.

I cannot recommend vitamin infusions enough. She offers them, and they are incredible!
