Winter Tulsi Rose Tea
A simple farm tea
This is a tea for winter days when things feel close to the surface. Gentle, warming, and quietly supportive.
Ingredients
For one cup or small pot
• Tulsi (holy basil): adaptogen herb that supports balance in the nervous system
• Rose petals: offers gentle emotional comfort and softens sharp edges without over
• One dried orange slice: can lift the spirit and soften heaviness
• Honey, to taste: adds sweetness comfort
How to Make
1. Add a small handful of tulsi and a pinch of rose to a mug or teapot.
2. Pour hot water over the herbs, or place them in a tea ball.
3. Cover and steep for 10 minutes.
4. Strain, or remove the tea ball.
5. Sweeten lightly with honey while the tea is hot.
6. Float a dried or fresh orange slice on top just before drinking.
Drink slowly. Let it warm you.
