Be sure to come to DIET FREE's last class and celebration potluck tonight at 6:30 p.m. at the Rooks County Healthy Department in Stockton.

Be sure to bring your favorite "healthy dish" and recipe. Also, bring your luck, there will be drawings for over 30 awesome prizes!

The DIET FREE celebration potluck has been moved to Thursday, June 28 at 6:30 p.m. at the Rook County Health Department in Stockton.

Be sure to attend the potluck even if you were not able to make each weekly class. There are enough prizes to be won by each DIET FREE participant.

All participants are invited to celebrate their hard work and dedication by bringing their favorite “healthy dish” to a combined class potluck on Wednesday, June 27 at the Rooks County Health Department in Stockton at 6:30 p.m. There will also be chances to win some awesome prizes. Zonya is back in Rooks County! We're really excited now for her presentation after getting a peek at some of the things she brought along. If you haven't signed up yet for DIET FREE, there are still several openings to receive the DISCOUNTED price for the 10-week course and FREE before and after lab draws. It's only $50 for new participants (that's down from $180) and $25 for returning participants. Don't forget, there's also a way to attend the classes online, and it's included in your sign-up fee.
