I'm still a very small startup- actions like this hurt me a lot.
I am happy to collaborate and send free products to those who genuinely have an interest in collaborating. I even offer a code for my website so that you can earn commission. I go out of my way for those who make content for me.
Post reads:
✨ A Personal Note to My Community ✨
I never thought I’d have to post something like this, but I hope it serves as a reminder for anyone working with or supporting small businesses.
Recently, an influencer I trusted and collaborated with—after they reached out—blocked me on everything with no explanation. They received over $100 in free, handmade products with the promise of content that was never delivered.
This may seem like a small loss to some, but for me, it’s not. Every product I create is made with my hands, my time, and my heart. This is my livelihood. Every dollar matters. Every promise matters. When someone does this, it doesn’t just sting emotionally—it directly affects my ability to sustain my business.
I’m not here to call out names. I’m here to say this: Please don’t do this to small businesses- especially those who are run by one person, and autistic/disabled owned. If you’re not genuinely interested in supporting us, don’t accept our products. Respect our time, our energy, and the passion we pour into our work.
To my loyal supporters and customers—thank you for believing in me. Your support means everything. 💛
