Time for an update!

I'm so excited to share this aspect of my weight loss/ fitness journey!

In just 12 days, I've lost 15 lbs and a significant amount of inches in the waist 🤣🤣🤣

But seriously, I'm proud to have had a healthy pregnancy and delivery that resulted in this 7lb bundle of joy 😊

Now, let's begin the Postpartum journey. For now, it'll be getting my eating habits back on track and walking for exercise. Once the doctor releases me to normal activity, I'll be back to my exercise fully.
