Level 1 Companion care companion careIncludes but not limited :
Companionship,
Playing cards or a board game
Reading books or a newspaper,
Light housekeeping and laundry
Meal preparation and serving
Level 2 Basic care includes but not limited to:
All services included in level I
Standby assistance, bathing, Dressing personal hygiene medicine assistance
Please note we are limited in what we can do with medicine (*we can remind our client to take their medication , We cannot administer any medications)
Level 3 Specialty Care
All services includes levels 1 and 2
Transportation
Memory Care
Transfers
Bed bound Care
Peri-Care/ incontinent Care
Feeding
Level 4 Care Management All services includes all 3 levels
Holistic client-focus goal-oriented approach for caring for disabled or older adults
Advocate for clients and clients family
Liaison between clients, client family and various providers
Assessment, monitoring and ongoing communication
Planning and problem solving
Educate and advocacy
Coaching family caregiver
Rates:
Starting at $35. For anything less than four hours.
Four hours or more between $22 and $27 an hour depending on the care.
