Carrissa has worked in long-term care for over 8 years with a background in physical therapy. As our new Administrator, she is passionate about providing high-quality care and creating an environment where residents feel respected, supported, and at home. Her focus is on resident-centered care, staff engagement, and strong communication with families to ensure the best possible outcomes for those we serve.
