Finding You Again Starts with Rest. If you haven’t been feeling like yourself; exhausted, foggy, irritable, or emotionally overwhelmed, sleep may be part of the story.
Improving sleep can lead to:
Clearer thinking
More stable mood
Increased resilience
Greater energy
Stronger response to treatment
Sometimes progress doesn’t start with a dramatic breakthrough. Sometimes it starts with one good night of sleep.
Did you know that depression and anxiety can disrupt sleep? Learn how the Salience Network help restore healthy sleep patterns and improve overall mental well-being.
Good sleep affects the salience network, a key part of the brain that helps regulate emotions and attention.

If you’ve been feeling unlike yourself lately, you’re not alone.
Depression, anxiety, stress, and burnout can slowly pull you away from the person you recognize. This month, we’re focusing on what it means to find a sense of yourself again.
Our collaborative care model brings psychiatry and primary care together so nothing gets overlooked. Because feeling better starts with care that sees the full picture.
Last Friday, we proudly celebrated the official ribbon cutting of our Southlake clinic alongside the Southlake Chamber of Commerce.
This milestone represents more than a new location. It reflects our continued commitment to expanding access to integrated mental health and primary care in the communities we serve. We are grateful to the Chamber, local leaders, and community members who joined us to mark this special occasion.
Southlake, we are here and ready to serve you.

Dr. Vivian Jones is a board certified Family Medicine Physician at our Frisco location with more than two decades of experience delivering compassionate, whole person care. Her approach reflects Care That Connects by recognizing that physical health and emotional well being are closely linked and should be addressed together, not in isolation.
Dr. Jones takes time to understand the full picture of each patient’s health so they feel seen, supported, and empowered throughout their care journey. Her commitment to connection extends beyond the clinic through her work as a volunteer, health educator, and community leader, reinforcing her belief that meaningful care is built on trust, collaboration, and continuity.
Love takes many forms. Romantic, platonic, chosen family, and the relationship you have with yourself all matter. Care That Connects starts with recognizing that emotional well being, connection, and self care are deeply linked.
This Valentine’s Day, honor the relationships that support you and remember that caring for yourself is also an act of connection.

We began the year by starting with clarity through cognitive testing. Now, Care That Connects highlights how eVoke brings those insights together with mental healthcare to support the whole person.
The eVoke Assessment provides a deeper look at how your brain processes information, regulates emotion, and responds to stress. These insights help our care teams connect cognitive data with clinical decision making, allowing for more personalized and informed mental healthcare.

Our Services:
Behavioral Health & Psychiatry
Our highly-qualified behavioral health team is comprised of medical doctors and nurse practitioners who work closely as a treatment team to perform diagnostic evaluations, psychopharmacology management, protocol-driven disease management, and therapy. Our providers use measurement-based care to track your progress and monitor improvement, to focus on getting you to an optimal outcome as soon as possible. We offer innovative testing to allow our providers access to objective data, in addition to clinical interviews, to assist with thorough assessment. SMART centers have a unique, integrated treatment care model that encourages the identification and management of both medical and psychiatric health conditions that commonly co-exist and impact your recovery. Our multi-specialty team model allows for collaboration between specialists who work closely to best address your care needs. Science is continuing to discover the underlying medical origins of many disorders that present with psychiatric symptoms. SMART clinicians strive to offer our patients the most up-to-date, effective treatments available once evidence supports them as being credible options.
Our primary care providers (PCPs) are board certified in Family Practice or Internal Medicine and are available to help you manage your health care needs, both acute and chronic in nature.
