On World Kindness Day, remember that a small act of kindness can brighten someone's day, even your own.
Movember is about more than physical health. It’s a reminder that mental health is just as important.
According to the National Institute of Mental Health, about 1 in 5 U.S. adults lived with a mental illness in 2022, with nearly 20% of men reporting symptoms. Men also experience su***de at a rate almost four times higher than women. These numbers highlight how critical it is to talk about mental health openly and seek support early.
If you or someone you know has been struggling with mood changes, stress, or a sense of disconnection, help is available. Reaching out for support is a sign of strength.

The Movember Institute of Men's Health launched The Real Face of Men’s Health Report, a first-of-its-kind look at why men in the U.S. are still dying too young from largely preventable causes, and what can be done to change it.
At the launch event, Prince Harry, The Duke of Sussex, reflected on his own mental health journey, sharing, “I found myself speaking to many veterans and sitting down with them I realized the silence is killing people. Stamping out the stigma globally, we’ve come a long way. Access to therapy is still a massive problem.”
His message is a powerful reminder that millions of men across the country continue to struggle in silence. Improving access to care could save hundreds of thousands of lives each year.
Halloween fun at our clinics this week! A little laughter and connection go a long way for mental wellness. 👻

We promise to provide the highest quality of integrated health care to every patient regardless of race, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation or social status.
Our Services:
Behavioral Health & Psychiatry
Our highly-qualified behavioral health team is comprised of medical doctors and nurse practitioners who work closely as a treatment team to perform diagnostic evaluations, psychopharmacology management, protocol-driven disease management, and therapy. Our providers use measurement-based care to track your progress and monitor improvement, to focus on getting you to an optimal outcome as soon as possible. We offer innovative testing to allow our providers access to objective data, in addition to clinical interviews, to assist with thorough assessment. SMART centers have a unique, integrated treatment care model that encourages the identification and management of both medical and psychiatric health conditions that commonly co-exist and impact your recovery. Our multi-specialty team model allows for collaboration between specialists who work closely to best address your care needs. Science is continuing to discover the underlying medical origins of many disorders that present with psychiatric symptoms. SMART clinicians strive to offer our patients the most up-to-date, effective treatments available once evidence supports them as being credible options.
Our primary care providers (PCPs) are board certified in Family Practice or Internal Medicine and are available to help you manage your health care needs, both acute and chronic in nature.
