Ovulation kits are a great tool when trying to conceive ("TTC")! But kits that only measure LH can be mystifying for some women. I have partnered with INITO (I am an affiliate and may earn commission) to promote their ovulation kits because my patients have had such success with them! It measures your data for *2 weeks* and measures *4* different hormone types.

Even if you're not TTC, I think they're an amazing tool for my patients with irregular me**es, particularly PCOS, to see what's really going on day-to-day in their cycle.

Y'all know how much I love ablations. I think they're the secret weapon to irregular peri-menopausal bleeding which is a *super* common and annoying problem. Ablations are a non-hormonal solution involving a quick in-office procedure with little recovery. Only caveat is that you have to be DONE having babies and be on a reliable form of birth control (i.e, go tell your partner to finally get that vasectomy he's been dragging his feet on).
