Dear Patients,
We remain committed to serve our patients and are available to help answer questions and provide guidance.
We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 health guidelines as they continue to evolve.
We have implemented HIPPA compliant telemedicine visits to be able to conveniently treat patients from their homes and comply with local city stay at home orders. All sick patients will be evaluated and treated through this platform in keeping with CDC recommendations of social distancing and isolation of sick patients. Please call our office at 972-596-8100 to receive more information on how to set up these appointments.
For those patients that need to be seen in person in the clinic, we are using screening questionnaires for COVID-19, practicing social distancing and selectively scheduling high risk patients, not using waiting areas, removing nonessential visitors, and disinfecting exam rooms and high traffic areas frequently.
We extend our sincere gratitude to our loyal patients and pray that everyone stays safe in these challenging times.
