A recent coaching conversation stopped me in my tracks.
My client had spent years building goals around security.

More certifications.
More projects.
More plans.
More backup plans.

On paper, it looked responsible.

But during our session, she realized something powerful:
Many of those goals weren't being driven by excitement.

They were being driven by fear.

Fear of not having enough.
Fear of losing what she had built.
Fear of making the wrong choice.
Fear of being left without options.

I think many entrepreneurs can relate.

Fear is sneaky because it often disguises itself as ambition.

It sounds like:
"I just need one more certification."
"I just need one more income stream."
"I just need one more plan."

Meanwhile, your body is exhausted.
Your creativity feels blocked.
And no matter how much you accomplish, it never quite feels like enough.

The breakthrough wasn't creating a bigger goal.

The breakthrough was asking:
"Would I still want this if fear wasn't making the decision?"

That's a very different question.

The women I work with aren't lacking motivation.

Most are incredibly driven.

What they're craving is alignment.

A business.
A life.
A rhythm.

One that feels sustainable, meaningful, and true to who they are now.

Because when your goals are rooted in purpose instead of fear, everything changes.

I currently have 2 openings for private 1:1 coaching before my next availability opens in August.

If you've been feeling pulled in too many directions, send me a message to see when I may support you through this next chapter of business & life.

One of the biggest misconceptions in entrepreneurship is that when things feel hard… you simply need to push harder.

But sometimes the real issue isn’t lack of discipline.

It’s mental heaviness.

A recent client came into our 1:1 session carrying so much at once:
family challenges, travel, business pressure, follow-ups piling up, emotional exhaustion, and the quiet frustration of knowing what needed to get done… but struggling to execute it all.

I think more women entrepreneurs are experiencing this than they admit.

Not because they’re incapable.
Not because they’re lazy.
Not because they’re “bad at business.”

They’re carrying too much at one time while still trying to lead well.

So instead of adding more pressure, we slowed things down enough to create a plan that actually felt doable.

We simplified.
Organized.
Mapped things out ahead of time.
Reduced decision fatigue.
Created structure that supported her real life.

That’s the kind of coaching I believe in.

Not performative productivity.
Not hustle at all costs.
Not shaming women into action.

But helping women entrepreneurs create sustainable momentum in a way that honors both the business and the human being leading it.

I’m opening 2 private coaching spots for June for women entrepreneurs who are ready for grounded strategy, honest support, and a business that feels sustainable to lead.

DM me “MOMENTUM” if that’s the kind of support you’ve been looking for.

I came home from this week-away retreat feeling different.

Clearer.
Rested.
Full of creativity again.

What I thought would be “just” a business retreat became something far deeper.

The first photo was me today realizing how much this week poured back into me.

The second photo reminds me of the many conversations shared around that poolside table. Vision. Leadership. Honest reflections. Deep laughter. The kind that makes your stomach hurt because you finally exhaled.

The meals throughout the retreat were intentional too. Nourishing, beautiful, full of flavor, and prepared with so much care. It reminded me how easy it is as entrepreneurs to rush through our days without truly slowing down long enough to receive.

One of my favorite moments was selecting the collaboration card. That word has been one of my core values for years. To witness women come together with generosity, wisdom, support, and shared purpose reminded me why community matters so deeply.

And somehow ending the retreat over Korean hot pot felt symbolic.

Slow down.
Savor the moment.
Nourish your whole self too.

Not only the entrepreneur.
The woman behind the vision.

This retreat reminded me that sustainable success cannot be built only from constant output.

We need spaces that refill us too.

And honestly… I think more women entrepreneurs are craving that than they realize.

🌟 This is one of the many reasons I’m so excited to be leading my own women entrepreneurs retreat in Oaxaca, Mexico this July. Almost sold out!

A space for rest, reflection, creativity, connection, and remembering who you are outside of the endless to-do list.

Ever had a longing to truly rest?

Not the kind where you take a day off but still check your email from bed.

I mean the kind of rest where no one needs anything from you for a little while.

Where breakfast is already waiting.
The morning sun slips through the window.
You hear birds outside before you ever look at your phone.

No Zoom calls.
No rushing somewhere.
No checking to make sure everything is handled.

Just space.

I think many women entrepreneurs crave this more deeply than they allow themselves to admit.

After years of building, leading, solving problems, and holding things together, it can feel unfamiliar to imagine being cared for too.

That’s part of why this retreat matters so deeply to me.

Not simply as time away from your business, but as a chance to reconnect with yourself outside of all the roles you carry every day.

A moment to reflect on everything you’ve built and everything it took to become the woman you are now.

And to do it surrounded by other women entrepreneurs who truly understand that journey.

Women who know what it means to keep going even when things feel heavy.
Women who understand both the beauty and the responsibility that come with building something meaningful.

There’s something powerful about finally exhaling in a room where no explanation is needed.

You know when it’s time.

And maybe… this is that moment.

There are only 2 spots left for the Mexico Creative Reset Retreat - More of Me!

1 of them is yours!

April felt like a deep breath.

Bare feet in the sand.
Music in my ears.
Wind moving through the beach flags.
Long laughs with friends.
Daytime dancing.
Quiet moments looking out at the water and realizing how important it is to actually pause long enough to enjoy your life while you’re living it.

This birthday season reminded me that some of the most meaningful moments aren’t the big flashy ones.
Sometimes it’s the feeling of being fully present.
Fully there.
Not rushing.
Not thinking about the next thing.
Just allowing yourself to experience the moment in front of you.

So grateful for the memories made this past month, the people I shared them with, and all the little moments in between that made this season feel really special.

And if this is something you’ve been craving too…
More presence. More living. More moments that actually feel like your life…
Comment below. I’d love to know I’m not the only one feeling this shift lately.

Yesterday, I shared how I slow down…
how I come somewhere peaceful and just breathe.

And that works.

But sometimes?
That’s not enough.

Sometimes I’m so deep in my head…
so aware of everything I need to do…
that I don’t need stillness.

I need movement.
💃🏻

Because decision fatigue isn’t always about doing something wrong.

Sometimes it’s just that you’ve been holding too much at once.

Too many decisions.
Too many priorities.
Too many expectations on yourself.

And as entrepreneurs…
Our minds don’t just turn off.

There’s always something we could be doing.

So pausing can feel uncomfortable.
Even counterproductive.

⭐️ But I’ve learned to recognize the signs.

When I start overthinking.
When I start judging myself.
When nothing feels like enough.

That’s my cue.
Not to push harder.

To get out of my head… and into my body.

This is one of the ways I do that.

Music I love.
Movement with no structure.
No expectations.

Just being.

Feeling the beat.
Laughing.
Letting go of the list for a moment.

And the best part?
You don’t need a full event to do this.

Put on a song.
Step outside.
Move in your living room.

Just start.

If you’ve been in your head all day…
Come back to your body.

Don’t make any big moves right now.
I told a client this tonight.

She’s been working toward some big milestones in her business…
and suddenly she felt off.

Disconnected.
Heavy.
Second-guessing things she was clear about just weeks ago.

She even started questioning if she should change direction.

Not because she didn’t want it.
But because everything felt like a lot all at once.

And I told her…

This is not the moment to make big decisions.

Because this doesn’t mean something is wrong with your business.

It usually means you’ve been pushing hard
without enough space to come back to yourself.

No breaks.
No real pause.
No room for joy outside of the work.

So instead of changing her offers…
or rethinking her entire plan…

We slowed it down.

We looked at:
What actually feels good in her life right now
Where she’s been running on empty
What would bring even a little bit of lightness back

Because when you’re tired and overwhelmed, everything starts to feel like a problem.

Even the things that are actually working.

This is the moment where people either:

Pull away and isolate
Blow things up
Or convince themselves they need a completely different path

But sometimes…

You don’t need a new plan.

You need space.

If you’ve been feeling like this…
questioning things you were once sure about
feeling heavy in your own business

Don’t rush to change everything.

Pause first.

This is the kind of support I offer inside my 1:1.

I have 2 spots open for April (3 or 6 months) for entrepreneurs who are building something real

Over the weekend, a fellow entrepreneur friend reached out and asked for 15–20 minutes of my time.

She’s been showing up consistently.
Networking.
Driving over an hour to be in rooms where she connects.

But something was coming up for her.

She felt the pull to come back to her hometown…
to build more locally…
to give back.

And I understand that deeply.

Because I feel that too.

But as she shared more, something became clear.

The rooms she’s currently in?
They get her.
They understand her work.
They see the value immediately.

Her hometown?

Not quite there yet.

So I asked her one question:
“Are your people actually there?”

And everything shifted.

Because this isn’t just about where you want to show up.
It’s about where your business is supported, seen, and able to grow.

So many entrepreneurs think they need to:

Do more
Show up more
Be everywhere

But sometimes…
it’s about refining where you already are.

If you’ve been feeling stretched, unclear, or like your effort isn’t fully landing…
You’re not behind.

You may just be in the wrong rooms.

If you’re ready to speak in the right rooms, DM MINIMIND. 🎤
If you know your next level needs deeper support, I have 2 spots open for April inside my 1:1 (3 or 6 months). DM READY. 🔥

This is the kind of clarity we build together.
