Good morning water warriors!!
Hoping everyone had a wonderful weekend!!
We WILL be having class this morning, and it will be indoors in the gym…
We will be working on the heavy core concept that we’ve been practicing in the water… We’re going to work on applying it to dry land… building strong, powerful core from the inside out…
Please wear indoor attire of your choice… And sneakers… See you all shortly…

Another indoor class but we are using our land-based time wisely!!!
Discussed MyoFascial Rolling….. Practiced our gait- stride technique… Strengthened ankles, calves and shins with toe- heel walks AND touched on how Hz frequencies can assist in healing us physically, mentally and emotionally
Whew!!!!
Accomplished quite a lot this morning!!!
