Some things don’t get said out loud in therapy, but matter deeply.

You don’t have to have the right words.
You don’t have to rush your healing.

Therapy is not about being perfect;
it’s about being honest, at your own pace.

Save this for days when things feel a bit much 🤍

Coping isn’t one-size-fits-all.

Some days you need grounding.
Some days you need to release.
Some days you just need to pause.

What matters is finding what works for you.

Which one helps you the most? 🤍

When your self-awareness is growing… but your peace still feels like a work in progress.

Understanding your patterns is a powerful step.
But insight alone doesn’t always create immediate change.

Because awareness and healing are different parts of the journey — and both deserve time, care, and support.

At Healing Springs Wellness Center, we focus on helping you move beyond just understanding your experiences toward deeper emotional processing, healing, and meaningful change.

If this resonates with you, know that you're not alone. Healing is a process, and you don’t have to navigate it by yourself. 🤍

Meet Terri Lee Waller, Licensed Clinical Social Worker 🌿

Terri works with women who may be navigating seasons of transition, whether it’s a life change, an identity shift, or simply a feeling that things no longer feel the way they once did.

Sometimes it’s not about something being “wrong.”
It can look like feeling overwhelmed, emotionally tired, or disconnected from yourself while trying to hold everything together.

Terri creates a compassionate and supportive space where you can slow down, process what you’re experiencing, and begin to better understand what’s beneath those feelings.

Because when you gain clarity and feel supported, it becomes easier to move forward in a way that feels authentic and aligned with you.

If you’ve been thinking about starting therapy, this could be a meaningful place to begin. 💚

There are many misconceptions about therapy.

Therapy is not only for severe problems.
It is also for growth, healing, and self-understanding.

Which myth you found the most relatable?

A small pause can help you feel a little more grounded.

Come back to this whenever you need it 🤍

You’re not lazy. You might be carrying a lot.

Burnout is a signal your mind needs support.

Most of us ignore, until it becomes unmanageable.

Send this to someone who might need to hear this.

Your reactions are not random.

Many of our responses are patterns, our body learned to stay safe.
Not wrong, just understood differently.

At Healing Springs Wellness, we help you understand these patterns with awareness and support.

Which one did you relate to?

Sometimes, it’s not overthinking.
It’s your body still trying to stay safe.
When the nervous system has been under stress for a long time, it can stay in a constant state of alert, even when there’s no immediate danger.
This is often called “survival mode.”

You might notice it as restlessness, overthinking, difficulty relaxing, or feeling on edge without a clear reason.

It’s not a flaw.
It’s your body doing its best to protect you.

At Healing Springs Wellness, we focus on helping you understand these responses, not fight them; so you can gently move towards a sense of safety again.

Understanding is the first step toward healing 🤍

Today’s Sunday Reset Sound Healing Experience was truly special.

My heart is so full seeing so many amazing people show up and choose themselves today. The energy in the room was peaceful, open, and restorative in the best way. ✨

Deep gratitude to Maria del Carmen for such a beautiful and nurturing sound healing session and for the meaningful conversations around prioritizing self-care. Your presence created such a grounding experience for everyone who attended.

Thank you to Leslie Gomez of L'Evate 360 Hydration and Wellness for educating us on the importance of proper vitamins, hydration, and giving our bodies the nutrients they need to truly function at their best. Such an important reminder that wellness is mind and body.

Thank you to More Miracles Made for sponsoring this amazing event and helping us create a space where wellness and community come together.

At Healing Springs Wellness Center, we believe healing happens both inside and outside of the therapy room, and we love supporting our community through wellness experiences and mental health services.
