Join our fun and explorative art class where we cleanse our energy bodies and connect with our soul to create art and heal within.

Learn about Healthy Energy bodies, self love, chakras and emotional support. This allows new skills to emerge for managing life's challenges and supports new mental frameworks to flourish.

Together, we will expand our Joy and awareness to enhance emotional well-being. Opening up creative flow supports our personal goals, healing and happiness.

Monday's from 1:30p-3:30p, ages 13+. Anyone can join. The cost is $20/group which covers cost of supplies and space.

Join our Creative Expressions Writing Group to unleash your inner thoughts and cultivate a fresh inner garden of Mindfulness and Joy.

Learn the Power of Words, self expression and realization of processing life events. This process allows new skills to emerge for managing life's challenges.

Together, we will explore new techniques to enhance emotional well-being and support our personal goals, healing and happiness.

Wednesdays from 10:30a-12pm, ages 13+. Anyone can join. The cost is $15/group.

Meet our Mental Health Clinician, Jill Belair, LMHC, CCTP. Jill is a licensed mental health clinician and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional who specializes in EMDR, CBT, Positive Psychology and Somatic Therapy. With 15+ years of experience in her field, Jill has chosen to specialize in trauma recovery to help others break free from their past! She enjoys creating art, being in nature and spending time with her loved ones. Happy New Year 2026, New You Era!! ✨️

Starting this year off right with discipline and focus can be a bit overwhelming, yet totally doable. We believe in you and all you desire to manifest this year.

We look forward to healing adventures that await in the Garden 💚⚘️🙌 Last week we all created New Year's "self portaits" that supported our dreams and hopes for the future.

It was very enlightening and exciting to see eachothers golden opportunities brewing and cultivating with each seed of intention.
