After a fun filled day of celebrating my oldest sons’ 12th birthday I decided I needed some self heal time. Took a shower then used my Chakra mat to rebalance and reset my Chakras. Did some yoga and breathing too.

Starting a random video series with my kids! It’s gonna be deep Q&A with my 10 year old and 12 year old!

Lane is pretty much hilarious but he is a VERY aware child. He blows me away daily on how empathetic he is. Def teaching him ways to shield himself and self heal so he can stay his happy go lucky self!
