Skincare can be SOOO confusing. Are you tired of sifting through the katrillion products out there to find the holy grail for your skin? TIRED OF WASTING MONEY? Let’s get back to the basics. These three topicals are clinically proven winners!

1. SPF. Broad spectrum sunscreen is the #1 anti-wrinkle, anti-dark spot, anti-sagging product you can use - and you should be using it every day, even if the sun isn’t shining. SPF 30 or greater!

2. Vitamin C is a science-backed, dermatologist-favorite ingredient that slows early skin aging, helps prevent sun damage, and improves the appearance of wrinkles, dark spots, and acne. Vitamin C serum should be applied every morning to clean skin before moisturizer and SPF.
**make sure to purchase vit C in ampoules or pump bottles as it will oxidize and lose strength each time it is exposed to air.**

3. Tretinoin. (Retin-A) Derived from vitamin A. Proven to prevent, reduce, and treat wrinkles and age spots. Tretinoin also stimulates collagen production in the skin, resulting in a more youthful appearance. This is a prescription medication so go see your P*P or Dermatologist! *not safe while pregnant or breastfeeding*
