For those who haven’t heard – we’re offering 30% off patients trying out Votiva for the first time!

Votiva treatment consists of several sessions lasting about 12 - 15 minutes. Many patients notice significant improvements within 1 to 2 days after treatment. Here’s a little bit of advice for a common question – what is a good exercise to help with urinary incontinence?

Pelvic floor exercises could be the answer to your urinary incontinence. By strengthening the muscles that support your bladder, you can increase control and decrease leakage. A good way to learn pelvic floor exercises is trying to stop the flow of urine mid-stream. That contracted muscle is what you need to strengthen!
