There’s just something about soup + fresh bread, isn’t there?

This creamy potato leek soup and homemade grain loaf headed out the door today, and I hope it brought a little exhale with it.

Personal chef meals aren’t about fancy—they’re about feeling cared for, fed well, and supported in your everyday life.

Today’s menu was exactly that.

This morning the snow is gently falling outside of my window and Molly (our cat) and I are hunkered down and working.

Well, as you can see, I am working and she is resting.

We are planning for 2026, working on menus for our personal chef clients and hopefully, if time allows, working on a new high protein cookie.

This week, we’ve been working on a new plant-based breakfast cookie recipe. 🍪

As a personal chef I make meals for your lunch or dinner, but also for those in-between moments that require a little extra fuel. We offer healthy breakfast cookies, as well as protein and energy bars, and our latest similar creations.

We meet with you to learn about your lifestyle and how we can best be of help. Or goal is to support your household and inspire with fresh, nutritious, plant-based dishes.

This morning I created a batch of these breakfast cookies. Each with high protein and no processed sugar! They also have dates- one of our favorite ways to sweeten up baked goods. As you can see, they are especially delicious paired with a hot cup of tea.

I promise that these cookies will not spike your glucose levels!

The sourdough journey continues!

Like any food journey, we’ve been through some trial and error. However, the imperfect loaves taste pretty great! Still chasing those airy pockets and a lighter crust.

Trying anything new takes learning, adjusting, and celebrating progress over perfection. Each loaf might look a little different, but the process is full of care and intention.
