Which number are you choosing today?

I recently took part in the Generation GAP Challenge at Plymouth Fitness, and it was an incredible experience!

The challenge started with body measurements, tracking body fat, overall weight, and muscle mass. After six weeks, we were measured again, and the winner was determined based on reducing body fat, weight and gaining muscle mass.

I worked hard throughout the challenge, but my success wasn’t just about hitting the gym regularly. It was about embracing a healthy lifestyle - no alcohol, avoiding processed foods, balancing protein, carbs, and fats, staying hydrated, and staying active.

It was absolutely worth it, not just for winning but for the amazing impact on health, body, and mind! It’s a lifestyle I stick to every day, and the results continue to speak for themselves!

On the 3rd of July I was diagnosed with Bell’s palsy, it was so shocking and stressful for me, because it could be from Lyme disease or something else. Doctors told me just to relax and wait…. Could you imagine how can you relax in such situation? They also told me that the recovery would take up to 6 or more months, they didn’t know…it was so depressing

But I set a goal to heal myself from Bell’s palsy in 3 weeks, found the instruments, medicine and practices that helped me and I did it in 3 weeks!

I want to share my experience with you, because I believe that the more information and instruments you will have - the faster will be your healing, just don’t stop trying!
