I have never been overly fond of vitamins. I have started and stopped several different brands including OneADay. I have been struggling with energy, immune system, and overall feelings of un-wellness for about six months or so. I figure everything is worth trying at least once so when I signed up for Melaleuca this was one of my first purchases. I have been taking these for a couple of months and I definitely feel a difference in my energy and overall mood. I will admit, they have a distasteful flavor to them. I would definitely suggest taking them with something other than water.

Thanks to my spinal cord injury leading to nerve damage and poor circulation, cracked heels are something I have had to deal with for nearly a decade. My feet have only been completely wound-free for 6 months of the past 7.5 years. Let me tell you, that is a lot of bandages and tape. Oh, and pain. Yes, every step can be excruciating as the cracks pull at the tissue beneath. I won't expound on that joy any further but I will tell you that I found a solution. When bandaging my feet last week I noticed the MelaGel I bought for our First Aid kit out of the corner of my eye and figured it couldn't hurt to try on a fissure bothering me. After all, its just all natural goodies like beeswax, melaleuca oil, cocoa butter, some vitamins....and this wound that was open for two full months closed in three days. I am ecstatic to have found a product that actually works. And to make it better, it also helps keep the calluses softer which prevents the cracks.....win/win, am I right?
