Massages are important to relieve every day muscle stiffness due to being in same postures at certain jobs. It also reduces anxiety and improves sleep. It gives the body the best way to have a speedy recovery. Our bodies are constantly trying to heal with what we do on a daily basis. That's why it also improves mobility, mental alertness, circulation, and immune function.
