Today’s Therapy Technique from Tucker🐾: “With the days getting shorter, it can be a challenge to get enough sunlight! ☀️Adjusting your sleep schedule by an hour or two can be a helpful strategy during this time of year. 💤Waking up earlier = more exposure to daylight, which is super helpful in fighting off the winter blues and making the days seem longer. ❄️ Sun is a natural way to boost serotonin and vitamin D, which both play a big role in our mood. 🙂 I like to soak up the sun first thing in the morning.”🐾☀️
