My clients hear me talk about fascia. Here is an explanation of what fascia is:
Fascia is basically the cling wrap of your body—it wraps around your muscles, holds everything together, and keeps things moving smoothly… when it’s behaving.
But life happens—stress, bad posture, workouts, injuries—and that cling wrap starts tightening, sticking, and pulling in all the wrong places. That’s when you feel stiff, sore, and wondering why your body suddenly hates you.
That’s where I come in.
Massage helps loosen that tight, sticky fascia, get things moving again, and remind your body how it’s actually supposed to feel.
Moral of the story:
If your body feels like it’s been vacuum-sealed… it’s probably time to get on my table. 💆🏻♂️
