Anxiety often masks deeper feelings like fear, insecurity, or unresolved trauma. Understanding what’s beneath the surface can be a powerful step towards healing. Don’t be afraid to explore and address these emotions. The same way if you continue to put a bandaid on a wound that actually needs stitches, not only will you not heal but you will be susceptible to other complications. You deserve peace.
