Life has a way of changing you in an instant…
loss, endings, everything you once knew shifting beneath your feet.

I’ve walked through seasons where it all felt like it was falling apart—and had to lean on faith in a way I never had before… trusting I was still being held.

What I’ve learned is this:
I don’t want my story to be defined by what I went through,
but by the woman I became because of it.

The one who kept growing…
kept rising…
and found her way back to something steady and true.

So I’ve created a gentle space for women in that place 🤍
A grief retreat on Kauaʻi —
soft, spacious, and deeply nurturing.

No pressure. No expectations.
Just a place to land… and begin again. 🌺

If this speaks to you, feel free to reach out ✨

Looking back at our retreat week, with it’s amazing how much we experienced together ✨
and yet… it never felt like “too much.”

Morning yoga, ocean swims, slow walks, meaningful conversations…
and so many shared meals around the table—nourishing, simple, and full of connection.

Yet there was still space to rest.
To be alone.
To just sit and take it all in.

That’s the intention behind these retreats—
a gentle balance of connection, nature, and spaciousness.

I host small, intimate women’s retreats here on Kauaʻi 🌺
If you ever feel called to experience it for yourself… you’re always welcome 🤍 DM for upcoming dates

🌺 Kauaʻi Women’s Wellness Retreat — June 1–8 🌺
Only a few spots remaining

If you’ve been thinking about a retreat… this is your sign to stop overthinking and actually do it.

This week is for the woman who:

* feels overwhelmed, burnt out, or stuck
* wants a real reset (not just another vacation)
* doesn’t want anything intense, forced, or overly “spiritual”
* just wants to feel calm, clear, and like herself again

This is not a packed schedule or a performative group experience.

It’s a simple, spacious, deeply nourishing week on Kauaʻi’s North Shore where you can:

🌿 rest without pressure
🌊 spend time in nature and the ocean
🧘🏽‍♀️ join gentle yoga + meditation (always optional)
🥗 be nourished with beautiful plant-based meals
💆🏽‍♀️ receive a one-hour massage
💛 connect with a small, supportive group (or keep to yourself when you need)

Most women come alone.
You don’t need to be “spiritual.”
You don’t need to have anything figured out.
You don’t need to be good at yoga.

You just need to feel the pull.

✨ What you leave with:

* a clear mind
* a regulated nervous system
* space from everything that’s been weighing on you
* a feeling of coming back to yourself

And if you’re wondering…
“Is it worth it?”

The women who come don’t regret it.
They only wish they hadn’t waited so long.

⚠️ We are almost full and I’ll be closing this group soon.

If you’re even a maybe, don’t sit on it.

Message me “KAUAI” or send me a DM and we’ll set up a quick call to see if this is right for you.

No pressure—but this is the step that helps you actually decide 🤍

With love,
Radha 🌺

This is what our mornings look like on retreat…

gentle yoga
shared breath
voices rising together in chant

It’s not about being “good” at yoga or spiritual practice…
it’s about feeling safe enough to soften, to open, to just be.

Most women come solo… and leave with something so much deeper than they expected 🤍

If you’ve been craving a reset, a pause, a moment to reconnect…
our next Kauaʻi retreat is in June/ Jan/ April 🌺
Reach out if you feel called.

Just completed our last retreat… and my heart is so full 🤍🌿

Eight days of slowing down…
of softening…
of women coming together from different places in life and meeting each other in something so real and meaningful.

There was laughter, tears, deep conversations, quiet moments, and so much unspoken understanding 🌊✨

I watched walls come down…
I watched women remember themselves again…
not by becoming someone new, but by gently returning to who they’ve always been.

This is why I do this.

To create a space where you don’t have to hold it all together…
where you can be supported, nourished, and truly seen.

So grateful for every woman who said yes to herself and stepped into this experience 💕 thanks to special guest teacher and for sharing beautiful retreat offerings!

If you’ve been feeling the pull…
there are a few spaces open for my June retreat 🤍

With love,
Radha

HALEIWA, Hawaii (KHON2) — Community members are invited to participate in a Hawaiian blessing and the rehousing of pohaku that fell during recent storms.

Pohaku or rock(s) are more than just natural elements in Hawaii. They hold deep cultural and spiritual meaning, connecting people to ancestors, history and the land.

The rocks fell down onto Kamehameha Highway above Waimea Bay on Friday, April 10. Since then, all eight pohaku that fell have been carefully relocated to the Waimea Valley property.

“We honor the Hawaiian significance of the pohaku and reaffirm our responsibility to care for them in a way that respects the kūpuna and ancestors.”
