It’s easy to forget how many amazing memories this life offers to us on a daily basis! But wow 2019 was a good one 😃

2019 offered me a permanent teaching position, 1 year of marriage, many many airplane rides to visit family and friends, continued success in building my Young Living business and spread the wellness to 1,000s of families, new friends, old friends and so much more!

So 2020 isn’t going to be a year of resolution because I am proud of who I am and where I am. I will continue to strive to be the person who cares, who sees the softness in the world, who loves without hesitation, who offers their hand when others need it because we all know this world needs more kindness these days!

Today is small business Saturday so I must take a minute to thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️ Thank you to all my friends and family who have trusted me to teach them how to bring health and wellness into their homes! Never in a million years did I think I’d own my own small business let alone one that brings in over 1 million dollars in sales a year 😳 I never really understood the impact of shopping small, supporting a local business and placing your trust in an actual person instead of a big box store until that was me asking my loved ones to trust and believe in me and the mission I am on. So thank you, thank you, thank you! It’s because of YOU that I never gave up and continued to trust and believe in Young Living!

Each day continues to ensure that I made the right decision when I said yes to Young Living!

Today we spent the morning with the little boy and his family that we sponsor to be able to attend the Young Living Academy!

Our donation helps provide 2 meals a day, supplies and uniforms for Jay. His brother also attends the academy and is in 8th grade and is fully sponsored as well.

They welcomed us into their home with warm smiles, hugs and many stories about their experiences at school! Jay loves art and cars. His face lit up when we handed him a backpack full of supplies just for him. His brother Xavier plays on the soccer team, we brought him a soccer ball and his mom replied he had never had one this nice before.

Sometimes we take the small things for granted and sweat the little things. Today changed me. Never in my life did I think I’d be in Ecuador, sharing tears as we said goodbye with a family whose life is blessed because I said yes to sharing my love of Young Living. Life is too short to be anything but happy. Do the things that scare you. Do the things that make you happy and be grateful for the opportunity! You never know whose life will be better because you said yes!

STOP and smell the Ylang Ylang!

Another amazing day in the books at the Finca Farm in Ecuador! 2,000 acres of complete beauty!

⁣*We got to smell a Palo Santo tree (amazing!) and learned about how Young Living ensures that they are using the most sustainability practices (unlike any other company!)
*met the farmers and workers who love being at the farm and consider it a second “home”
*We both had massages with Young Living essential oils and it was to die for!
*We had a private lunch just the two of us!
*I introduced Kevin to Mary Young and thanked her for having us on this amazing trip!
*drank coconut water from a coconut
*picked Ylang Ylang
*drove ATVs all over the farm
*Went zip-lining
*saw the coolest tree house ever
*Chatted with friends and made many memories
*held baby goats (yes, you read that right!)
*received a bottle of Ylang Ylang and a brand new oil they are in the process of formulating!!
*thennnn came home to more surprises with every oil Young Living produces as the farm along with a note from Jay!

And the days just keep getting better because tomorrow we get to spend the day with Jay and his family at their home! I don’t know how much more my heart can take this trip! ❤️

How about this handmade Panama hat that Young Living just spoiled us with! I never thought of myself as a hat person but I’m definitely trying to pull this one off!

Today’s the day! An all expense paid trip for not only myself but Kevin too! Never in a million years did I think that this is where I’d be but gosh I am so grateful I said yes!

We are headed to Ecuador ✈️ where so much of the heart ❤️ of Young Living lives. The founders Gary and Mary’s love. Where they lived for so long, while building the farm 🏠 . Where they saw a need in an run down school 🏫 they passed every day, and filled it. By building a new one for the community. Where hundreds of children 👫 have been given a chance to grow and graduate, where they didn’t have that chance before. Where we sponsor a sweet little boy so he can go to school each year, and have supplies and lunch! These things my friends, light my soul on fire 🔥

Pinch me! This can’t be real life! Wait it is! Ecuador 🇪🇨 here we come!

When moving to California I was very nervous to leave my teaching contract in PA but knew that what was meant to be will be! After two years of long term subbing I was offered a full time contract! Hard work always pays off! What a great way to kick off the summer!
