My name is Katie May and I love taking pictures of almost anything! I have had a love for photography since high school and I have been mostly self taught. I've been taking pictures seriously for the last few years. I originally wanted to do commercial photography but gave portrait photography a shot (no pun intended) to see how it was. As soon as I did my first photo shoot with a friend I knew this is what I wanted to do! There's just something wonderful about being outdoors while taking pictures of other people! What was expected to be a nice sunny spring day for a photoshoot turned out to be cold and drizzly. But it didn't keep us from going out to take photos! These girls were troopers and it was definately more of an adventure - we came out the other side a little wet but with lots of great photos!
