We gathered at Castlemont Farm + Garden just outside of Oakland, honoring the land and reconnecting youth with ancestral ways of healing.

From learning about local California native plants, to creating tea blends, crafting medicine bundles, and holding space for We Heal — it was a powerful week of land-based joy, art, and knowledge sharing.

✨ It is truly a gift to teach the youth and nourish their relationship with the earth.
Because when they remember the land, they remember themselves. 💚

Hello Pachafamily!! 🌞

Recently, I went on our annual fishing trip—and yes, the intention was to catch some fish to feed the family, but also to just slow down. 🎣
To be present. To celebrate the great men in my life.
To laugh with my tías. To feel the breeze.
To step away from the noise and just be. 🌬️

Slowing down… while balancing all the projects.
Teaching classes, offering therapeutic services for youth, expanding my birthwork offerings—and rebuilding this portal.
Wearing all the hats, like so many of us do.

With each drop of the pole into the ocean, I offered a prayer—
a prayer of gratitude, reverence, and respect.
To each fish.
To the sea.
To life itself.

I live in rhythm with the Earth. A nomad by blood,
interconnected with the winds, tides, and medicines of the land.

✨ So first—thank you for your patience.
