I don’t post often about my energy healing work— it sometimes feels like a humble brag, which I’m not really comfortable with. But I also know this work can be truly life-changing, and I want more people to know what’s possible.
Yesterday I did a healing session with a man dealing with heartbreak, asthma, and the weight of some deeply held emotional burdens. During the session, he experienced a profound release—letting go of grudges, fears, and the heaviness he’d been carrying for years.
He later told me that, while on the table, he saw a clear vision of everything he hopes to create in 2026: a new apartment, a raise, a sense of peace. It felt real, as if it had already happened. Forgiveness. Hope. A shift in his whole outlook.
Today, he told me his asthma is noticeably better too.
I get that energy healing can be hard to explain. But this is real. It works when people are open to receiving. And experiences like this are why I do what I do.
