Yes- after a six year break, I returned to the competitive bodybuilding stage as promised to myself.

Wow- what a rollercoaster of emotions leading up to The Natural Olympia, during the energy charged 4 day event, and post Olympia reflections.

While we all set intentions and goals, life and challenges are always bound to get in the way. It’s how you approach those challenges, with acceptance, yet resilience, adaptability and unwavering commitment that one meets that final goal irrespective of the journey getting there.

It’s easy and even accurate for me to cite knee and foot surgeries, coaching other athletes, promoting a big show, becoming a first time grandmother, planning my daughter’s wedding, as limiting my own training and prep for a return to the stage this year, but at the end of the day, they are part of life and what make this comeback that much sweeter and more meaningful!

Bringing home 2 Gold and 1 Silver medals to add to our Team USA count was wonderful, and the feeling on stage holding our flag while the National Anthem played is indescribable!

Thank you to all of those who played a huge part in making this a reality- especially .scopinaro and your knowledge, guidance, and support mean the world to me ❤️🙏

expressing gratitude, excitement, encouragement and sparking the seed to dream even bigger.
🎯It’s all about the lives we transform, change, make a little better.
🥇There is nothing like the adrenaline that fuels an athlete through competition day, the lows that turn into highs; the doubts that dissipate once on stage; the camaraderie backstage and the lifelong memories and new friendships that go far beyond that fleeting moment in front of the judges.
💫There is nothing like the feeling of being able to facilitate and provide a platform and opportunity for athletes from which to shine, transform and dream bigger with renewed goals ahead.
✨That is MY job as a promotor; and in order to do it well it takes a village of sponsors, City of Allen, Fairview Town Center, donors, and vendors who believe in the cause and believe in that promoter.

⚡️Without YOU I would not be able to provide this opportunity for the competitors, or for all the local spectators to be inspired by the athlete’s stories, courage and transformations, or for our local businesses to showcase their services and healthy lifestyle products.
