THESE ARE BARRIERS TO HEALING -- SAVE FOR LATER
Do you feel like you're at a standstill in your healing? Check these with your habits.
low quality water filtration: tap, bottled and low quality water is not suitable for consumption. sure, it might not kill you right away, but it sure adds to your toxic load: PFAS, heavy metals, chlorine & other contaminants
chemicals in food: if you're not eating organic the majority of the time, you're definitely taking in more chemicals than you think. Did you know that cheerios (one of the most common foods children eat) has more glyphosate than vitamin B12 or D3 (which are both fortified)?
unaddressed trauma will come back to haunt you in your healing journey. We store trauma in our nervous system as a shield.
low quality food: sure, I love pizza just as much as you do, but going out every night for trashy food isn't the way we were meant to consume energy. high quality food might cost more, but you will pay for it now, or you'll incur costs associated with failing health later
mineral imbalances are ubiquitous, due to the aforementioned barrier. We cannot underestimate the power of these energy igniting compounds. they drive nearly every process in your body.
mold exposure is highly toxic, mostly to individuals whose toxic burden has reached capacity. if you have mold in your home or workplace or you notice symptoms only in specific buildings, mold could be an issue for you
toxic products fill our bucket with more than our bodies can handle, especially when we don't have the tools for removal.
poor sleep contributes to the bucket overflowing, as you need it for your cellular repair, which is needed for cellular energy, which is needed for removal of toxic load
Stress adds copious amounts of toxicity to our bucket by increasing stress hormones and reducing detoxification of them. it also suppresses digestion & immune function, slowing down our natural ability to remove toxins
stealth infections like lyme, babesia and parasites will cause complete failure of healing if unaddressed
