The purpose of Daughters without Dads is to provide counseling, assistance and spiritual guidance for young girls and adult women based on Christian biblical values. We offer several educational resources to help bring balance in adjusting to living and/or growing up without a father or other positive male influence in the household and/or community. Our goal is to establish physical, mental, emotional and financial well-being with our clients by equipping, empowering, supporting, and educating them to not just survive but to succeed in life! Our primary focus areas are: Domestic violence awareness and prevention, unplanned pregnancy awareness and prevention, High school/GED graduation, Self-esteem and Life skills (wealth management, hygiene, interviewing skills)

Oftentimes, a father is the primary male relationship for a child, so when there is a void in the home or community, there can be an imbalance in the way a child develops mentally and/or socially. Sometimes this imbalance, in girls can cause them to desire attention from men for the wrong reasons, resulting in bad relationships, poor self-esteem, promiscuity, abusive relationships and other negative behavior patterns. It is our sincere hope that with the proper guidance and awareness we can help these potentially at-risk young women overcome the challenges created by the void and be healthy, spiritually and emotionally sound daughters, sisters and mothers
