Got three referrals to come back too
👓👓Neuro eye Dr (possibly get some special glasses to help vision)
🧠🧠Neuro Psychology for cognitive function-she will do a 4/5 hour Evalution and they will see where she is and give a report of things we can do to improve cognitively…
🏃🏻♀️➡️🏃🏻♀️➡️And a physical therapy evaluation-just a thorough workup to see If they can offer anything to help with anything physical
Go back in 4 months for follow up. So results are to be determined…. 😬😬😬
First let me say… Dr Mcbride and his nurses were super nice, listened, and explained
Second I will say… we are two years out from our tbi so we know that any accomplishing we have from here out will be slow and small, accept for when God does his thing and we fully know he can! So we will keep trusting!
Dr. Mcbride stressed to Jala she is doing amazing considering that she can walk on her own even with it being slow and different. 😜😉
💜💚💙❤️Little update for Jala… I don’t post much about her Dr visits or how she is making small strides everyday but today is an exciting day for us ….. we got in at UAB at the traumatic brain injury center. We are hopeful that we get new insights of what can help, even if it’s small. Prayers are appreciated. 💜💚💙❤️
