MCSET was proud to host a wonderful Easter Egg Hunt this past Friday, bringing together our team and their families for an afternoon full of fun, connection, and community.

With a great turnout, the event featured a bounce house from Bounce House Palooza, face painting by our talented staff, and a special helicopter landing from Air Rescue that made the day even more memorable. Guests also enjoyed delicious bites from Miss B’s Take Out Food Truck.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make this event such a success—we love creating opportunities to celebrate and connect beyond the hospital.

Recently, members of our hospital team attended the Mayor’s 180-Day Community Progress Event, where our leadership had the opportunity to connect directly with our community.

During the event, we shared updates on our services, introduced our CEO, and engaged in a meaningful Q&A discussion focused on the future and goals of Port Arthur.

Representatives from Medical Center of Southeast Texas had the opportunity to support the next generation of professionals by participating in the NISD Senior Interview Day at a local high school last week.

Rayelene Hernandes, Director of Quality & Risk, and Martie Broussard, ED RN Clinical Coordinator, conducted mock interviews with members of the senior class, helping students gain valuable experience and confidence as they prepare for college and the workforce.
