Reduce stress and enjoy this meditative experience of immersing yourself in sound waves developed to promote positive energy and a deep sense of relief. **Bring a yoga mat and any other materials you feel you may need (towels, blankets, pillows) to comfortably lay on the ground for up to one hour.** No Registration Required.
