Setting yourself up for success is as important as even setting the original goal. My goal was to get up at 515am and lift before work. I knew I would struggle with motivation this morning so I set myself up for success.

•laid out my workout clothes
•put on my sports bra last night (ladies I know you feel me on this one)
•picked out my actual workout (sticking to a program and calendar is helpful with this one)
•filled a cup with water and got out my preworkout

This morning was easier, no fuss, no thinking really because I did set myself up for an easy morning. I didn’t give myself the opportunity to have the excuse because I put in 5️⃣ minutes of extra work last night.

Know your weaknesses and work with them instead of letting them win. ☀️
