Hello everyone,

I had the pleasure of meeting Shannon Sullivan recently when she interviewed me on her podcast to learn more about Limitless and our wellness collective. I received very concerning news from Shannon today about a recent health event in her life. She had a series of things occurring that prompted her to go to the ER, where they performed investigative brain surgery after running some tests. She was ultimately diagnosed with Glioblastoma, a left-sided Brain Tumor with Stage 4 Cancer. She was told the kind she has is called "wild-type". I want to reshare her GoFundMe page, which I donated to, to raise awareness of this issue and offer support to her and her loved ones as she undergoes further treatment. Today I got to celebrate a milestone with two women I deeply respect and truly enjoy working alongside. They were among the first to join my wellness collective—believing in the vision, supporting the mission, and helping me build a new way of understanding and delivering wellness.

Our friend-aversary technically passed in November, but this week marks something just as meaningful: the moment we stepped into the world publicly as business owners and entrepreneurs. It’s a reminder of how far we’ve come, and how powerful it is to grow with people who share the same heart and purpose.

Grateful for this chapter, excited for what’s ahead, and can’t wait to celebrate with everyone next month. 💛✨

Limitless wasn’t built in a boardroom — it was built from my own healing.

On my journey, I kept meeting people who each gave me a piece of what I needed:
a nutritionist, a trainer, an NP, a dermatologist…and more!

Every person contributed something that helped me put myself back together.

And I remember thinking:
Why don’t I take everyone who helped me… and create a collective?

Because in therapy, I don’t believe in one-lane solutions.
I give my clients options — multiple disciplines, multiple viewpoints, multiple paths toward healing. And I did the same for myself.

So Limitless was born from the people I trusted most.
The founding members are the same people who helped me heal, the same people I confidently refer my clients to, the same people who make holistic care actually accessible.

A collective built from lived experience — not theory.
