We are excited to announce that we have added another licensed massage therapist to our team.

Hello Port ludlow Community,

I am Debbie Islas. I am excited to be offering both massage and Reiki at Ludlow Bay Massage and Wellness Spa.
My many years working with chiropractors has given me a lot of experience with deep tissue massage focused on injury recovery and pain relief. I am happy to tailor my pressure to each individualโ€™s comfort level.

My massage work combines many techniques including: - Myofascial release, deep tissue sculpting and moves and methods I have created myself over years of practice.

Each massage will be a bit different, as the treatment will be designed to best address your specific areas of concern. For example: - low back pain one week, neck and shoulder pain with headache the next.

My years of yoga, tai chi and communing with nature have kept me happy and healthy in my over 20 years of massage and Reiki practice. I have a good balance of strength and compassion to bring to the table.

I will also be offering 60-minute Reiki treatments. You will be fully clothed for a Reiki session. Reiki involves placing the hands both on the body and above for energy clearing and balancing. It is great for stress reduction and emotional calming. A wellness reset for your mind, body and spirit.
