Our Story
Movement is life and life is energy.
Qigong, the predecessor of Tai Chi, and Tai Chi itself are centuries old methods of movement that help to improve the overall wellness of their practitioners the the movement of energy through their body as they relax mind and body as they build their spirit.
I have been a practitioner of both of these modalities for over 20 years and teaching others since 2006.
I am a certified instructor and teach first, what works for me, and secondly, I teach a few others methods and programs.
