Today, I changed my home city to Sarasota, Florida.
Not as a move away from anything—
but as a return to myself.
This place has been woven into my life for more than 33 years. And it isn’t lost on me that chiropractic is built upon 33 principles—truths that teach us the body is intelligent, healing is innate, and alignment allows life to express itself fully. In many ways, it took me 33 years to live those principles in my own life… and to find my way back here.
Sarasota feels like breath.
Like salt air settling my nervous system.
Like the home my heart has been quietly trying to find all along.
The ocean here carries a familiar language—one that echoes the British Virgin Islands, where I lived and loved for ten years, and where the sea became a teacher, a refuge, and a reminder of how healing happens best when we soften and listen.
Every place I’ve lived has left its imprint—people, animals, lessons, love. I carry them all with me. Especially those who taught me what unconditional love truly is. That wisdom lives in how I serve, how I show up, and how I choose what comes next.
While Sarasota is now home, I will continue to care for my patients on the other coast Tuesdays and Wednesdays. They are not just patients—they are family, and honoring that bond matters deeply to me.
And in a way that feels like quiet alignment rather than coincidence, my love of polo now lives just eight minutes from my front door—a gentle reminder that when we follow truth, life arranges itself with grace.
This chapter feels intentional. Grounded. Sacred.
Rooted in principle. Led by love.
If you’ve been part of my journey—past, present, or quietly holding space from afar—thank you. I carry you with me.
Here’s to coming home… and letting love lead. 🌊🤍
