Little late-
Sunday 10-27 Paisley was a year post transplant!
I can’t believe it has already been an entire year since the day we were blessed with a donor match.
Paisley is a spit fire of energy
We are so thankful for everyone who prayed for her and for the few who donated to help us love while we were down in CA for 4.5months

Here is to many more years with miss Paisley

Couple days ago visiting Dad at Pacific Dunes

Still going strong with no need for feeding tube

Haven’t updated in a while
Doing great!
Haven’t needed feeding pump in over a week-
Been feeding tube free for about 3days
24.5lbs and 31in long as of yesterday

Next OHSU appt is in July
Potentially need tonsils and Adenoids removed son seeing an ENT in July as well
Cardiology appt is in Aug

Walking pretty well with assistance of push walker

I am doing fantastic!
Adjusting to life at home with the rest of my family.
I go in weekly for blood work and to fry my weight checked.
I see the specialist in Portland once a month
Going to be starting physical therapy in the next couple weeks as well

So my post didn’t work the other day..
I’ve been home since super early Wednesday morning! 13hr drive, but we did it!
Settling into home life now

Thank you everyone for thoughts and prayers.

I will continue seeing my primary for weekly weight checks and blood work.
I’ll see my liver dr at OHSU at least once a month
Transplant team I will see every 3 months
Cardio is unknown how often I’ll be seeing them

As long as everything continues to go as well as it has since my latest surgery to repair my bowel obstruction and perforation I will get to go home back to Oregon in 2wks
Super excited and can’t wait to be back home with all my family together

Good morning everyone.
Happy New Year

I have been admitted back into the hospital 12-28
I was unable to keep anything down.
Turns out I had a bowel obstruction. Had surgery 12-30
Dr found a perforation that needed to be fixed as well as the loop in bowel.
I’m recoverbig nicely tho.
Back with my friends on the 300 unit.
With any luck I will get discharged in about a week

Thank you everyone for your continued thoughts and prayers.
I am doing great!
I am moving out of the ICU to the regular unit this afternoon and with any luck I’ll be out of the hospital all together come this weekend.
